Majestic Tours representatives will meet passengers with a Highlands Residential Mortgage Group sign as they exit the airport terminal. One of the representatives will direct passengers to the vehicles for transfers to the hotel. All Majestics Tours representatives and drivers are uniformed, they wear royal blue shirts with a Majestic Tours logo and navy-blue pants. Drivers wear maroon ties. Luggage capacity is one suitcase and one carry-on per person.
On the day of departure, please be at the front entrance of the hotel at the times given on the manifest for the return transfers to the airport.

If you are planning to arrive early or depart after the program end date, you will be responsible for your own transfers to and/or from the airport. To schedule these transfers, please fill out the reservation form and send it to [email protected]. Also, please include in the notes section that you are with Highlands Residential Mortgage.
